In class today, we had a discussion on a topic based on the idea of
why it is said that it is a hard time for younger generation to get jobs and whether or not we should hire more foreign people into Japanese companies. It seems many youngsters coming into the society do not understand how the supply and demand society today works. In order to solve the problems of having more work for young people and hiring of foreign workers, we first need to have an education for the younger generation about how the society is run today.
